You know how debilitating anxiety can be. One moment you're perfectly fine, then suddenly you're attempting to make cereal without crying.

That's why I made this video.
When I feel anxious energy tingling in my arms and legs, this is what I do to stop it and redirect it.

When I get anxious I feel so stuck. I know what I need to do but the more I think about it the more I don't do it. This was easy though! I didn't have to think about finding what I needed and that was really a blessing today.

My anxiety feels like I'm lost in an aggressively fast cycle of thoughts. I can't grab onto them or slow them down.
My body will feel stiff and uncomfortable. My skin will feel like a layer of tight, heavy clothes.

There's a sense of urgency that arises during a flare up of anxiety with no clarity as to what exactly is urgent. 
Must be everything.

When a few people in class expressed their dealings with anxiety we laughed, "must be why we get along so well."
It's funny and probably true.

I wish no one had to deal with anxiousness. It's uncomfortable, debilitating and confusing.
And, I know during the last few years the number of people experiencing symptoms of anxiety has grown.


Often, a few minutes of mindful movement will completely shift the state of your nervous system. 
The 10 Minute Yoga Video To Do When You're Anxious is a simple tool that you can access at any time to do exactly that.


Once you receive the video, it's yours to keep and you can use it as many times as you need to. I use this kind of movement regularly to help me get over the hump on those hard days.
