This is great, especially with the music. I saved it so I'll be able to do it while I'm traveling.
When I get anxious I feel so stuck. I know what I need to do but the more I think about it the more I don't do it. This was easy though! I didn't have to think about finding what I needed and that was really a blessing today.
This video is amazing and so so helpful! I'm so glad I can keep coming back to this and I love that it's so short.
