Time and patience are requirements for effectively integrating new concepts and habits into your life.
This program will help you build a sustainable foundation and a plan to maintain these efforts.

Week ONE : Stillness
  • Define what it means to be still. Learn to focus your attention using mindfulness.​

Week TWO : Breathing
  • Witness how experiences inform your breath. Learn how your breath informs your nervous system.​ ​
​​Week THREE : Relaxation
  • Gain confidence in letting go of activities, releasing tension and easing anxiety.​ ​

Week FOUR : Movement
  • Incorporate purposeful and intentional movement to encourage physical and mental health.​ ​

Community is key.
​When you decide to make a change in your life it's important to remember that it is you making that decision - not everyone around you. Expect the work from yourself without demanding participation from people you share space with. This is about you, not anyone or anything else.

We'll have a space to get connected with likeminded people laying down their foundations right beside you.

Our space of support and encouragement will add stability to your foundation. I've learned the importance of community and how it can help us to be successful in our endeavors. We're going to empower ourselves to bring about change and thrive as a community.
