I help stressed, tired, and achy people - feel calm, rested and capable.
I grew up dancing, training from pre-school through college and then became a professional. In 2012, a car accident changed my world, and my already unstable mental and physical health took a turn for the worst. Gentle yoga and the study of yoga philosophy helped me recover and move forward - physically, mentally, and emotionally.
That's when I knew - yoga was for me. Now, I choose to live and learn, yoga - everyday.
You ready for the best part? Yoga is for anyone, anytime - wherever you are in your life journey. And, I love to share the practice, whether it's in a yoga asana class, a discussion with friends, or as the framework for how I teach dance and movement.
Yoga is a guide for living - a practice of curiosity and awareness. It's a lifelong path of exploring your Self and learning to take conscious action. It's a space where you can move your body, confront your mind, and adapt, as you get to know and understand who YOU are.

Group classes are a great place to gather with other people and practice. Even online, these gatherings are effective and fulfilling.
Private sessions are where we do the personalized work and get more specific to your needs and goals.
