I'm a yoga teacher and wellness educator. Movement has always played an important role in my life and I'm here to help you move and shake in a way that serves your health and happiness.
A little background...
I began training in dance at a young age, continued through college and then at a professional level. Persistent pain and injuries from a car accident led me to a gentle yoga practice. Shortly after I committed to the practice I found myself waking up with an absence of pain, even after a night of dancing or playing on my mat. The physical practice paired with the philosophy of yoga became my survival kit. I completed my first 200 HR Yoga Teacher Training at The Chopra Center, studying The Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga, Primordial Sound Meditation, and Ayurveda. I want yoga to be accessible for anyone and everyone so that's what I continue to study and make happen. My specialty is working with Seniors and anyone who is nervous about the concept of movement.

You move your body and confront your mind to begin to truly get to know and understand who YOU are.
Sometimes it sucks to question your conditioning, to push your boundaries, to challenge your body and mind. That's where I come in. I will guide you through it all and ultimately, you'll benefit from choosing work it out.
